I used to be a hardcore insomniac, spending years on trying to fix my sleep. I tried everything, read tons of books, spent thousands on supplements. I tried cognitive behavioural therapy, I tried thinking positive, I stopped drinking coffee. It never worked. I was in a bad place.
But after a while, I learned the true cause about why most people can’t sleep. I learned that we have an overtaxed nervous system, high levels of stress hormones in our blood and a circadian rhythm that is completely screwed up. In general, we just have terrible lifestyle and dietary habits, that are completely out of touch with our evolutionary design.
And even then, after learning all these things, it took me a very long time to get my lifestyle and dietary habits just right. And that’s why I want to help you. So you won’t have to spend years of your life in misery, afraid of going to bed,, but can regain your sleep and your health in a matter of months.
Isn’t life already complicated enough, without having to worry about one of the most natural things there is? Shouldn’t life be spent living, instead of worrying both day and night? I used to be in your place, unable to sleep, for years on end, and I can tell you now, life without insomnia is great! And it’s within your grasp.
All my advice is aimed at reaching a specific goal, resetting your biology for optimal sleep function.
