A lot of people out there with sleeping problems don’t know what’s going on with them. That’s perfectly normal. You’ve tried everything, you’ve gone through every pill, every supplement, every sleep tactic out there, and you’re still up and awake.
I’m going to talk about the big C today. You know, that evil, addictive drug that is responsible for all your sleeping problems (at least, that’s what some would have you believe).

I’m here on a holiday, and I just had to write about my experience here.
I’m not going to talk about the great weather, the wonderful view, the sandy beaches and the blue waters of the Mediterreanean.
Those are great topics to write about on their own, but in the spirit of this blog, I’m going to write about the effect this trip has had on my sleep.
When I read insomnia forums, reddit, or just talk online to people who have trouble sleeping, I notice that an insane amount of people have done sleeping pills. These people are constantly talking about their daily dose of Benedryl, zzzQuil, Lunesta or whatever. And often, these people are still as anxious about their sleep like they were when they weren’t using them.
This is my first post on sleep, a topic I’ve been wanting to talk about for a while.
If you’re reading this, I’m betting you’ve been scouring the internet for a long time, browsing around, looking for all kinds of useful tips and tricks on getting out of the living hell called insomnia. Anything that will help you sleep.
